- Abstract
This document contains abstracts of various articles published in the journal Pravnik. The first article discusses the applicability of the categorical imperative in morally indifferent contexts, using the theories of Immanuel Kant and Hans Kelsen. The second article critiques the Marxist interpretation of legal facts in Czech civil law and suggests a different approach based on subsumption. The third article examines the repeal of outdated legislation in the Czech Republic and compares it to approaches in other countries. The fourth article explores the legal analysis of cyber weapons in the context of a cyber attack on a hospital. The fifth article discusses the use of psychedelics in therapy and the legal conditions of acceptable risk.
