- Abstract
The article focuses on the U.S. law and policy towards Jerusalem and Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Topics discussed include issues surrounding Israelization of East Jerusalem and Arab migration into West Jerusalem and Israeli naturalization. Other topics include movement for Palestinian self-determination, the United Nations Special Committee on Palestine and case Zivotofsky v. Secretary of State that addressed disagreement between Congress and the U.S President over the status of Jerusalem.
