- Abstract
The article highlights the case of a 70-year old man with an onset urinary incontinence which was acquired after using a vacuum pump for erectile dysfunction. The patient has been scheduled for sphincter removal and revision surgery. Sphincter insertion is also noted to have risk factors including bladder neck contracture, obesity and myocardial infarction.
