The article discusses the Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District U.S. Supreme Court case and its potential impact on individual educational programs (IEP) for children with special needs. Topics discussed include the rights of children with autism spectrum disorder under Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA); the need for schools to provide IEPs that educationally benefit the students; and the Board of Education of the Hendrick Hudson Central School District v. Rowley case.
