- Abstract
An essay is presented on the branding of political images of Jews and the actions of political activists Karnit Goldwasser and Miki Goldwasser, wife and mother of Ehud Goldwasser, a Jewish soldier captured by the Hezbollah Muslim militant group. The author points out that this event, which sparked the beginning of the Israel-Lebanon conflict in 2006, was not reported in U.S. news. Topics include separateness, the future of political branding, and the role of women in government.
