- Abstract
An essay is presented on issues related to confrontation cases in the U.S. It compares the oral arguments in several recent confrontation cases of the U.S. Supreme Court with the opinions later released in these cases. It discusses the implications of the rhetorical and methodological shifts with regard to aforementioned issue. It mentions that the Court's recent confrontation cases are Michigan v. Bryant and Bullcoming v. New Mexico.
