- Abstract
The article focuses on the pulsed neutron-neutron well logging technique that can be used in extraction of hydrocarbon fluids from the oil wells which is less harmful to the environment as well as more effective. It mentions the use of ultrasonic waves and neutrons for the extraction of hydrocarbon fluids. It explains the working as nuclear reaction in the metal tube leading to the formation of thermal neutrons which removes the contaminants from the layer of earth that contains hydrocarbons.
