- Authors
Roeder, Peter
- Abstract
The article focuses on the suppression of rinderpest and challenges occurring in the veterinary profession in 2011, such as the control of transboundary diseased and the reduction of wastage of food. It says that the events of epidemic disease that surround the world have their causes in the least developed countries where diseases restrict livestock production. Moreover, the British veterinary profession has the obligation to contribute to the said process through a concerted action programme.
