The article focuses on Science in Farriery (FdSc), a farriers degree course offered at the Myerscough College in Lancashire, England which provides farriers' associateship or fellowship opportunity to the Worshipful Company of Farriers (WCF). It cites that student farriers who attained at least 60% in all modules of FdSc are worthy to apply as associate of the WCF. John Reilly, a veterinary surgeon and teaching and research professor at the college, urges farriers to take the course.
