- Abstract
The article presents the case report of a patient who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention for a non-Q wave myocardial infarction through a transradial approach. The patient fell from an 80-feet crane and sustained many fractures and a laceration below his right arm. Since he had fractured his right hemipelvis, it was difficult to apply a femoral approach for percutaneous coronary intervention. However, coronary intervention was successfully performed by a left femoral approach.
