- Abstract
The article comments on a study which analyzed the risk and benefit of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines for the omicron variant by age, sex and presence of comorbidity. It considers the adverse effects of the vaccine and cases of death following vaccination It points out the decline in the effectiveness and unknown long-term safety profile of the vaccine, as well as its minute benefits including smallest gain in quality-adjusted life years.
