- Abstract
The article presents information on the post racial national political condition in the U.S. and its multilingual and multiethnic characteristics. The illegal vote dilution, racial polarization and the issues related to voting rights are discussed. The suppression of voters, disenfranchising of minority voters and the need of protection of voting rights are considered. The legislation and cultural majority in the states like California, Texas and Hawaii is also discussed.
