Abstract
The article offers a news brief discussing University of Wyoming astronomers who have discovered a new cluster of stars in the Milky Way dubbed as the "Cowboy Cluster." Infrared images from the Spitzer Space Telescope and University of Wyoming’s Infrared Observatory showed the new cluster. Clusters are ancient bundles of stars used to study the age and formation of the Milky Way. The new cluster is said to be 9,000 light years from Earth.
