- Abstract
The aim of the study was to examine the level of cooperation with the school, including all the stakeholders of the parents who are secondary school students in their family. The population of the research is the parents of secondary school students in the winter term of 2022-2023. The sample of the study is 230 randomly selected parents from Ankara province. Personal Information Form and Parent-School Collaboration Scale were used as data collection tools in the research as an internet-based form. The Personal Information Form, which was developed by the researchers, consists of three parts: Demographic Characteristics, Socio-economic Characteristics and School-related Characteristics, and includes 14 questions. Assoc. Dr. The Parent-School Collaboration Scale developed by Demirali Yaşar Ergin consists of 30 questions in the form of a 4-point scale. The scale includes 5 sub-dimensions: 1) Collaboration with the administration, 2) Collaboration with the teachers, 3) Problem Stakeholder, 4) Solution Stakeholder, 5) School Belonging/Care. It has been found that all subdimensions of parent-school cooperation are at satisfactory levels.
