Harvey, Anthony
- Abstract
The article reports on the publication of the Dictionary of Medieval Latin from Celtic Sources (DMLCS). It explains the lexicographical decisions that had led to be made in the compilation of the lexicon. It outlines the major advantages of basing a dictionary on a full-text database, as well as the major challenge it poses. It highlights the project's plan to combine the database with an electrical version of the dictionary as a self-interpreting compendium of Celtic Latinity.
