- Abstract
For people in all stages of dementia, staying at home can be an important aspect of what they would consider 'person-centered care.' This article describes four types of home- and community-based services that can help ensure people with dementia who live at home are receiving care that meets their needs. It discusses their unique needs, and gives recommendations for new areas of research and policy.
