- Abstract
The article reports on a study which examined the antifibrotic effects of bezafibrate and pioglitazone against thiocetamide (TAA)-induced liver fibrosis in albino rats. Also cited are the data collected in the study like total nitrite, hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA), and superoxide dismutase, and the effectiveness of pioglitazone and bezafibrate in improving liver functions and reducing oxidative stress in hepatic tissues.
