The article discusses the statute and seminal case law trade proceedings involving remands. Topics discussed include the Federal Circuit's "SKF USA Inc. v. United States" case that identifies different types of remands such as voluntary and court remand; decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in "Chevron U.S.A. Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council Inc." case over granting remand requests; and the administrative law related to court-generated remands.
