The article presents a case study of surgical treatment of a dog after the 12 month medical management of Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca (KCS). The dog was treated with 0.2% cyclosporin A for two times a day. The dog underwent a schirmer tear testing which reveals the poor response to the medical treatment of the eye, thus the owner of the dog opted for a parotid duct transposition (PDT).
