- Abstract
The article explores the constitutional rights in the U.S. related to atmospheric integrity. Topic discussed include the threat posed by global climate change, various conceptions of constitutional right, human right and basic right, and decisions of various courts such as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in the case Robinson Township v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Chile's Supreme Court in the case Pedro Flores v. Corporaciόn del Cobre, Codelco and the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Moore v. City of East Cleveland.
