- Abstract
More and more hotels are looking for opportunities to apply the latest technologies and innovations to their operations. Research purpose is to examine the attitudes of hotel staff and guests towards the implementation of self-service technologies into the hotel's customer service process. This paper provides a definition of selfservice technology and examines the impact of self-service technology on hotel operations; analyses the process of implementing self-service technology in the hotel; examines the attitudes of management towards the implementation of self-service technology in the hotel; and examines the attitudes of hotel guests towards the use of self-service technology in the hotel.
