- Abstract
Everyone’s duty is to not break the law and to enshrine legal law norms, because if a person breaks the law, law enforcement institutions will be forced to put boundaries on people’s law and freedom, so they could disclose already made criminal activities and punish people, who are responsible for that. The law enforcement institutions are protecting values of the country and injured people’s rights and doing the intended functions get the right to apply the intended functions of a person’s law restrictive procedural coercive measures. Although these measures are applied without prejudice to the other individual rights, and their application in urgent cases is always legal.
