The article focuses on exploring the role of miR-145-5p as a tumor suppressor during hyperthermic intraperitoneal administration of chemotherapy (HIPEC) treatment in patients with ovarian peritoneal metastatic lesions, with a particular focus on how HSF-1 transcription factor rescues.
