- Abstract
The article presents a letter to the editor that is a case report on malignant hypercalcemia in a 51-year-old man who is diagnosed with maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma. Regression of the tumor followed his treatment which involved surgery, three cycles of cisplatin plus docetaxel, and CyberKnife radiotherapy. The hypercalcemia was treated with intravenous hydration and zoledronic acid and with ifosfamide and adriamycin chemotherapy.
