- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 45-year old female presented with an odontogenic lesion in the left nasal cavity involving the maxillary sinus. She reported a one-year history of recurrent episodes of sinusitis, including chronic and daily left-sided rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, and intermittent facial pressure. A partial maxillectomy was performed where the maxillectomy cavity was filled with large amount of cheesy material identified as odontogenic keratocyst (OKC).
