- Abstract
The article discusses a case study of a 73-year-old woman with recurrent ischemic strokes due to severe right internal carotid artery stenosis, presenting with left hemiparesis, left hemineglect, and dysarthria, along with bilateral eyelid closure apraxia, a rare condition where patients are unable to voluntarily close their eyes despite intact spontaneous and reflex eye closure.
