- Abstract
The article describes a study conducted at a Mexican university that analyzes the argumentative skills of university students in digital contexts. The study is based on the review of written texts developed in online courses through the Google educational platform. The results show that the development of these skills is not progressive or homogeneous, and three axes of development are identified: the adequacy of dialogicity to the academic field, the improvement of argumentative precision through comparison processes, and the development of critical thinking to achieve one's own position in the texts. The article highlights the importance of digital connectivity in argumentative processes and the need to develop strategies to discern, choose, and prioritize information in this context.
