The article presents a case study of a 2-month-old male infant presented with concealed penis and asymptomatic urinary infection. It outlines the result of the examination of the infant, which shows that the infant has unusual variant of epispadias associated with phimosis. It notes that the infant has undergone urethroplasty and glanuloplasty by urethral plate tubularization and repair of dorsal chordee.
