- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old man admitted to the urology clinic because of abdominal pain. According to the study, the patient had underwent bilateral laparoscopic anathrophic nephrolithotomy (LAN) successfully to treat radiolucent staghorn renal calculi. Based on ultrasonography test, the patient had found large renal stone measuring 52 millimeters in size and mild hydronephrosis at the right side of his kidney.
