- Abstract
Process of the automated assembly of threaded connections is complex multifunctional and multicomponent system, which includes subsystems of assembly unit and the tool, subsystems of transportation, the control, etc. Therefore, for successful and effective automation of assembly of threaded connections on rotory machines the system approach to the analysis of this process is necessary. The system approach allows to see the various groups of factors influencing on the process of assembly, to consider their changes and interrelation in various situations and influence on an final result, and also to create the generalized models and the algorithms describing all process and its separate components. The algorithm of formation of process of assembly of a product that is resulted in given article with using of threaded connection allows to carry out the search of optimal necessary conditions on a design stage of technological process of assembly.
