- Abstract
Five strains fungi were isolated from harvest mango collected in Hekou county and Mengzi county, Yunnnan province. 3 strains Aspergillus niger V. Figh were identified as the pathogen of fruit rot disease by inoculating experiments and biological characters. In additional, the most suitable carbon and nitrogen source for mycelia growth were Sorbitol and Gelatin respectively, the most suitable temperature was 30 °C , the lethal temperature was 55 °C , the most suitable pH value was 9, and light inhibited the growth of hyphae. The most suitable carbon and nitrogen sources for reproduction spore were maltose and beef extract respectively, the most suitable temperature was 32 °C , the lethal temperature was 60 °C , the most suitable pH value was 7, and light inhibited the reproduction of spore.
