- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 15-year-old male with generalized erythema, crusting, scaling over the body. Topics include developed new flaccid fluid‑filled vesicles/bulla over upper and lower limbs with a positive direct and marginal Nikolsky sign; and prednisolone being hiked to 35 mg and azathioprine 50 mg twice daily added owing to lack of improvement and appearance of new lesions.
