Title
CYBERBULLYING.
Abstract
The article reports on the legislation in Missouri which criminalizes online harassment known as cyberbullying. It notes that the law was adopted in response to a public protest over the ill-famed suicide of Megan Meier in 2006 which originates from the harassing messages of Lori Drew. It also presents the criticism by the Electronic Frontier Foundation and law professor Orin Kerr over the Missouri federal prosecutor's use of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) in prosecuting Drew.
