- Abstract
The article focuses on the impact of neoeugenics, modern practices of genetic and reproductive technologies, for the improvement of human species of children in the U.S. These advancements improves the children through reproductive choices. However, there are arguments regarding its abuse of fundamental human rights. It is also problematic because of the manner in which the underlying goal was pursued through involuntary restrictions of reproductive autonomy.
