The article examines a common law model which is structured to resolve common law-type claims for several civil procedures and law decisions regarding pleading standards, class actions, and bankruptcy jurisdiction. It informs that the model constitutes federal courts' vision, for a court to apply constitutional law or the U.S. Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in a proceeding.
