- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old male farmer with asymptomatic lesions over his face that gradually increased in size and number. His cutaneous examination revealed hyperpigmented papules and nodules, and the punch biopsy led to the diagnosis of multiple familial trichoepithelioma. Trichoepithelioma is a benign tumor with forms including solitary and multiple familial trichoepithelioma. Details on the latter form, which is an autosomal dominant disease, are also included.
