- Abstract
The article presents a study that determines the protective effects of ascorbic acid (AA) derivative 2-0-ɑ-D-glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbic acid (AA-2G) in human dermal fibroblasts. It offers overview of the method of the study which observes the free radicals through glucosidase inhibitor and comparative experiments. The result of the study shows that AA-2G is a biologically interesting antioxidant with practical uses.
