- Abstract
In article, number 2000371, Ling Li, Zhiting Tian and co-works systematically investigate the thermomechanical properties of the lightweight cuttlebone-inspired structures via computational modeling for potential dual thermal and mechanical applications, such as heat sink and thermal protection. The characteristic "wall-septa" microstructure of cuttlebone (background) allows for simultaneous light weight and a good balance between structural and thermal properties.
