- Abstract
Three systems (Chlorella vulgaris-Ganoderma lucidum-endophytic bacteria; Chlorella vulgaris-Ganoderma lucidum and single-cultured Chlorella vulgaris) were set up for a bench-scale experiment, with which biogas slurry and biogas were simultaneously treated. A kind of phyto-hormone named GR24 (prepared in solutions with four different concentrations) was used to induce the treatment, and the experiment research focused on the effects of GR24 on Chlorella vulgaris in terms of the biomass and the photosynthesis, and on how the purification of biogas slurry and biogas was upgraded by the induction of GR24 with four different concentrations. As the solution concentration of GR24 added into the systems increased, so did the symbiote metabolism and photosynthesis of microalgae induced by GR24, the symbiote grew rapidly, which further enhanced the purification performance of the systems. In addition, the intracellular carbonic anhydrase activity of microalgae was en- hanced by the induction of GR24, thus improving the CO2 removal performance of the co-culture systems. In summary, the co-culture system of Chlorella vulgaris-Ganoderma lucidum-endophytic bacteria significantly improved the photosynthetic rate, biomass, nutrient removal efficiency and biogas conversion rate. Under the optimal condition (GR24 concentration of 10-9 mol / L), the average removal rates of COD, TN and TP in biogas slurry were (84.45% ± 8.13%), (80.29% ± 7.86%) and (84.96%±8.23%), respectively, and the average removal rate of CO2 in biogas was (65.37%±6.14%).
