Abstract
The article focuses on the clinical forms, relation with HIV infection and pathogenesis of Chagas Disease, Human African Trypanosomiasis (HAT) and Leishmaniasis. Topics discussed include multiplication of Trypanosoma cruzi in invaded cells which causes Chagas disease, Chagas heart disease causing infectious myocarditis, pathogenic HAT affecting lymphoid system, brain and lungs, tsetse fly inoculation leading to local odema, symptoms of Visceral leishmaniasis like fever.
