- Abstract
An interview with the Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development (AMCD) president from 1992-1993, Quincy L. Moore, is presented. When asked about events that helped him in his journey towards multiculturalism, he recalled his memory as a child while living in Chicago, Illinois. He describes his leadership strengths as an individual from the minority and believes that listening is an important leadership skill. He also talks about his involvement with AMCD and his contributions.
