- Abstract
This study aims to find out the Impact of marketing vigilance on marketing crises management, in order to achieve the research objective a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 60 worker in communication company of Skikda, by using statistical tests spss program, to testing collected data. The study has concluded that there is an relationship and impact of marketing vigilance on marketing crises management in communication company of Skikda, as this effect was clearly demonstrated through statistical analysis.
