- Abstract
The low-level red light irradiation dose that produced positive response on different cell indexes was screened through experiments. Fibroblasts were chosen for detection, and low-level red light irradiation dose that had positive response to the four indexes, i.e., mitochondrial membrane potential, ATP release, cell migration and collagen synthesis, was screened. The experimental results show that the irradiation dose of 2 J/cm2 has positive response to the above four indexes in fibroblasts. The test model on fibroblasts was transferred to dermal papilla cells for experimental verification. The results show that the irradiation dose of 2 J/cm2 has positive response to the four indexes of dermal papilla cells, i.e., mitochondrial membrane potential, ATP release, cell proliferation rate and collagen synthesis. Therefore, it is proved that the irradiation dose of 2 J/cm2 can improve the mitochondrial function, cell migration and collagen synthesis of fibroblasts and dermal papilla cells, thus providing energy for cell activities, improving cell repair ability and cell anti-aging ability.
