- Abstract
The article assesses the developments of moral rights in the U.S. since 2011. It mentions that the analysis started with the caselaw of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) which prohibits the removal and alteration of copyright management information. It explores the role of Dastar Corp. in how the development of moral rights are damaged. It also analyzes the extent to which online contracts and practices can become an effective basis for the assertion of attribution and rights of integrity.
