- Abstract
The authors discuss aspects of the meaning of resiliency and its significant to the success of the U.S. Pacific Air Forces' (PACAFs) mission. They are critical on the role of resilient Airmen (RA) strategic line of operation (LOO) in terms of specific initiatives, objectives and desired effects. Also investigated is the capability of PACAF's RAs to become vigilant and unique in taking the operational demands of the Asia-Pacific theater.
