- Title
Condo management proposal defeated.
- Abstract
The article reports on the defeat of an Institute Real Estate Management (IREM) opposed condo management licensing proposal in the Illinois state legislature. IREM contradict separate licensing for real state management activities and urges all forms of real estate management to be under the jurisdiction of existing state real estate broker and agent licensing laws. IREM questioned the importance of the legislation and because it doubles existing real estate laws and standards.
