- Abstract
The article discusses a study which examines the effects of peptide drug Semax towards the performance of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in brain memory of rats cerebellar purkinje cells. The study exploers the electrophysiological methods isolated with Purkinje neurons in rats brain and application of kainic acid on its transmembrane currents. The study conclude that drug Semas boosts amino hydroxy methyl isoxazolepropionic acid (AMPA) receptors.
