- Abstract
The article discusses the status and recent trends of the Bering Sea as of March 2014. Topics discussed include warmer than normal weather experienced by eastern Bering Sea shelf from October 2013 through March 2014, anomalously high sea level pressure (SLP) during cold season from eastern Siberia across the Gulf of Alaska, and above long-term mean in survey biomass of motile epifauna, based on eastern Bering Sea ecosystem considerations complied by Alaska Fisheries Science Center (AFSC).
