- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 51-year-old metalworker with papules, and itchy erythema after using a skin care product. The product contained jojoba oil, water, and birch bark extract, which led to the diagnosis of the patient with allergic contact dermatitis in his hands. The man was treated with glucocorticosteroids that only gave him brief relief. The patient also avoided making contact with allergens including formaldehyde, propolis, and colophonium after his diagnosis.
