- Abstract
Cutaneous Crohn's disease is a rare granulomatous dermatosis that poses therapeutic challenges due to a paucity of treatment data. However, our patient cohort supports the use of MTX as an effective treatment option for cutaneous Crohn's disease and could inspire future prospective studies to further evaluate MTX for cutaneous Crohn's disease. All patients experienced PR at a mean of 16 weeks after starting MTX, and five patients (56%) experienced CR at a mean of 13 months of MTX use.
